VLC Photonics, a leading company in engineering and services for the development of photonic integrated circuits (PICs), joins the Spanish Semiconductor Industry Association (AESEMI).

VLC Photonics operates in high-tech sectors such as data communications, quantum photonics, metrology, optical detection, LiDAR and biophotonics, providing advanced capabilities that facilitate the miniaturisation, integration and optimisation of complex optical systems. In addition, the company has recently strengthened its technological positioning by securing significant funding to expand its PIC design and testing capabilities within strategic European projects, thus contributing to the technological leadership of the photonics and semiconductor sector.
