Hybrid, a company specializing in the manufacture of high-tech electronic products with more than 30 years of experience in advanced assembly techniques, has joined the Spanish Semiconductor Industry Association (AESEMI) as a collaborator. This addition strengthens the collaboration network in the field of microelectronics and contributes to the development of the technological ecosystem in Europe and Spain.
Founded in 1989 by Mr. Gaille and located in the Swiss region of Neuchâtel, the birthplace of microelectronics, Hybrid entered a new phase in 2021 following a management buyout that consolidated its independence and international reach, growing to 40 employees today. With an annual production exceeding one million circuits, the company stands out for its people-centered approach, its comprehensive control of production processes, and its commitment to quality and sustainability.
Hybrid is recognized for its expertise in processes such as flip chip, chip on board, wire bonding, and hybrid solutions, covering the entire product life cycle, from prototyping to mass production. Its quality management system, certified under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 standards, guarantees maximum reliability in its processes and products, especially in highly demanding sectors such as healthcare. In addition, its technical expertise and comprehensive production control enable it to successfully tackle projects in sectors such as aerospace and defense.

AESEMI, meanwhile, was founded in 2021 and represents the leading Spanish companies engaged in microelectronic design and semiconductor manufacturing. With more than 90 members, one of its objectives is to raise the profile of all the entities that form part of the semiconductor technology ecosystem in Spain.
