ICN2 is a research centre specialising in the nanoscale. It is a leader in nanotechnologies, nanomaterials, nanoelectronics, spintronics and quantum materials. Its scientific work leads to applications in the fields of information technology, health, and clean and sustainable energy. It has state-of-the-art facilities for the growth and characterisation of advanced semiconductors, and for the micro- and nano-fabrication of devices in cleanrooms.
