Chroma ATE Europe joins the Spanish Semiconductor Industry Association (AESEMI) as a collaborator. This addition expands the network of partner companies in Spain’s technology and microelectronics ecosystem, contributing its global experience in test and measurement instrumentation, automatic test equipment (ATE) and advanced automation solutions for the electronics and semiconductor industry.
Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Taoyuan, Taiwan, Chroma ATE is one of the world’s leading suppliers of electronic test and measurement equipment, automated test systems, and integrated automation and smart manufacturing solutions. Throughout its history, the company has developed technological solutions for multiple high-tech sectors, including semiconductors, power electronics, photonics, advanced displays, energy storage, electric vehicles, and renewable energy.
