The Madrid-based company, specialised in developing semiconductor-based quantum photonic components, joins the Spanish Semiconductor Industry Association (AESEMI).
g2-Zero is a spin-off of the Instituto de Micro y Nanotecnología del Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (IMN-CSIC) and the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM). It is dedicated to the development of Plug&Play single photon sources and other semiconductor-based photonic quantum components for the emerging market of quantum technologies.
The company, based in Getafe, has been chosen among the 100 most innovative Spanish startups, according to the ranking of El Referente published in 2022.
AESEMI welcomes the incorporation of g2-Zero and its experience to the association, as part of the process of unifying and adding value to the Spanish semiconductor ecosystem.
