COIT and the Spanish Semiconductor Industry Association sign collaboration agreement to promote technological cooperation

The Official College of Telecommunications Engineers (COIT) and the Spanish Semiconductor Industry Association (AESEMI) have signed a collaboration agreement with the aim of promoting technological development and the application of semiconductor technology both in business and in society in general.

The agreement seeks to promote a collaborative environment between professionals and companies, channelling joint actions to optimise the growth and expansion of the semiconductor industry in Spain and Europe.

Among the advantages of this agreement is the possibility of sharing resources and knowledge to boost the ecosystem of the semiconductor industry in the country.

The COIT and AESEMI will carry out joint activities, such as participation in conferences and corporate and associative events, which will address issues related to technology, the semiconductor industry and its application in various sectors, with emphasis on streamlining aspects of university training and maintaining quality standards for professionals in the sector. Both entities are committed to share information and to collaborate closely for the successful development of the agreed programmes and projects.

With this signature, COIT and AESEMI strengthen their commitment to technological innovation and the promotion of the semiconductor industry in Spain, laying the foundations for a collaboration that will boost the growth and competitiveness of the sector in the country.
