Quality Photonics Optics S.L (QPO) is a technology company focused on generating new business by using its expertise in thermoplastic encapsulation and thermoplastic lens embedding as a market penetration tool.
The Catalan company is dedicated to the design, prototyping and manufacture of optical packaging of photonic components for the optical communications, lighting, automotive and LED markets, as well as machinery for the optical packaging of photonic components, all based on the development of our state-of-the-art manufacturing and assembly processes.
Their products include lenses injected in all types of thermoplastic materials, which are custom-designed for each specific application, designed for high-volume markets. They also offer in their portfolio a component for fibre optics manufactured with proprietary technology for its encapsulation with thermoplastics by injection and a new lighting system for LED headlights that has the embedded thermoplastic lens technology, together with the experience in optical design.
